As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with British Caribbean roots, I bring cultural humility and a trauma-responsive lens to every session. Drawing on experience since 2012 and clinical training from the University of South Florida (BSW/MSW), I partner with individuals and families across Telehealth to navigate trauma, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions.
