Be empowered, heal, and connect
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with British Caribbean roots, I specialize in stress-related disorders and bring a culturally informed perspective to mental health care. My journey in mental health began in 2012, leading me to earn a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida.
I help individuals, children, and families navigate social disconnection, communication challenges, and the ongoing effects of past trauma. Through compassionate, evidence-based support—offered via Telehealth—I empower clients to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create more fulfilling personal and social lives.
Grounded in cultural humility and a deep understanding of identity, I provide a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, drawing from evidence-based approaches to address anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to support meaningful growth that fosters healing, confidence, and connection.
